- Basic Information: Your name, age, school or institution, city, and state.
- Initiative Description: In no more than 400 words, describe what you started, why you started it, and what you are building now.
- Impact Evidence: Explain what happened because of your work, including people reached, customers served, programs launched, or another documented result.
- Short-Answer Responses: Submit two responses of no more than 150 words each about your leadership, current goals, and the obstacles in your way.
- CV or Résumé: Submit a current CV or résumé. A cover letter is optional.
- Official Transcript: Your transcript must be sent by your school or an approved verification provider. It verifies enrollment, not GPA.
- School Email Verification: Applicants verify a school-issued email address. An alternative verification process is available when a school address is no longer active.
- Finalist Submission: Finalists choose between a three-minute recorded video response or a 20-minute live interview.
- Final Decision: Accepted scholars receive a formal offer letter and welcome call. Eligible applicants who are not selected may reapply during a future cycle.
